1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the mj77 platform at mj77.asia ("the Platform", "mj77", "we", "us"), you ("the User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the mj77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using the mj77 Platform. Your continued use of mj77 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as published on this page.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the mj77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mj77 strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of mj77 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from mj77 or have had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.

mj77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money features on mj77, you must create a registered account. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) mj77 account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of funds.

During registration and as part of ongoing Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, mj77 may require you to provide:

• Full legal name as appearing on a government-issued identity document (CNIC, Passport);
• Date of birth;
• Pakistani mobile number (required for OTP verification);
• Proof of payment method (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation);
• A selfie with your identity document or other biometric confirmation, at mj77's discretion.

mj77 is not obligated to state the reason for any KYC document request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by mj77 may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved. All personal data collected for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the mj77 Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mj77 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify mj77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

mj77 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200 and the minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where technically possible, with associated costs deducted.
• mj77 does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transactions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in your own name, at mj77's sole discretion.
• mj77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may delay processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• mj77 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment processor, the player's bank, or telecommunication provider (including JazzCash or Easypaisa system outages).

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on mj77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or event as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. For cricket markets including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches, mj77's cricket betting rules apply in full. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mj77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest error in odds is identified at mj77's discretion.
• mj77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been corrupted, fixed, or is the subject of suspicious betting patterns, as determined by mj77 or any competent authority.
• Casino games offered by mj77 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual outcomes.
• Live dealer games are subject to technical disruptions. Where a live dealer game is interrupted before completion, mj77 will settle bets based on the state of play at the point of interruption in accordance with game-specific rules.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

mj77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed KYC verification to the level required by the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds do not constitute real money until the wagering threshold is satisfied.
• mj77 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms, or disqualify any user from a promotion where abuse is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified by mj77.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the mj77 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors;
• Attempting to launder money or use mj77 for any illegal financial activity;
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person to evade an existing account restriction or ban;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mj77 staff or other platform users.

8.Responsible Gaming

mj77 will cooperate with self-exclusion requests immediately. During a self-exclusion period, mj77 will take reasonable steps to prevent reactivation of the account. Players must not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the mj77 Platform – including but not limited to the mj77 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, images, and data feeds – is the exclusive intellectual property of mj77 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any mj77 content without prior written permission.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mj77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from:

• System downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any decision by a competent authority that renders online gaming unlawful in your jurisdiction;
• Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, regardless of any perceived or actual error in odds or game outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mj77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.Account Suspension & Closure

mj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where mj77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes;
• KYC requirements have not been satisfied within the required timeframe;
• A regulatory or law enforcement obligation requires account action.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the user, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable processing fees.

12.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mj77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.

13.Amendments

mj77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, mj77 will endeavour to provide notice via account notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your mj77 account before the effective date of the changes.
